Last night, ZonePage received the Bronze Award in the category “Best Performance in Beauty, Health & Pharma” at the Peak Performance Marketing Awards 2022 — and we’re certain this is just the beginning of many more to come.
“Test Your Negativity” — How It All Started
It began with a simple brief:
to inform the public about where they could get tested for COVID-19.
Our team turned that need into a creative opportunity — designing a bold visual identity and a tagline that would make people stop and smile:
“Test your Negativity.”
The wordplay — turning “being negative” into something positive — brought a lighthearted, human touch to a topic that had otherwise been heavy and emotionally charged.
The visuals and copy created an emotional lift, inviting engagement while keeping empathy and clarity at the forefront.
The Campaign in Action
During the pandemic, the Athens Medical Group established diagnostic centers nationwide to ensure timely and reliable testing.
As travel restrictions eased (July–October 2021), the campaign leveraged the momentum of reopening and strategically targeted travelers entering Greece — primarily through the Athens International Airport and Thessaloniki Airport.
Through a combination of strategic targeting, creative messaging, and a custom sub-domain with a dedicated landing page, we ensured users could easily locate test centers, book appointments, and receive results securely — minimizing in-person contact and maximizing convenience.
The campaign ran across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search, supported by advanced segmentation and optimization strategies, including:
- Interest and behavior targeting (Health & Medicine, Travel, Tourism)
- Remarketing to engaged users and site visitors
- Location targeting (Greece and inbound travelers)
- Keyword segmentation across Europe & the US
- Continuous A/B testing and bid optimization
- Custom ad extensions and audience-based bidding
Goals vs. Results
Initial targets:
- 90,000 Clicks
- 2,700 Conversions
- 3% Conversion Rate
Actual results:
- 252,199 Clicks(+180%)
- 14,888 Conversions(+451%)
- 9% Conversion Rate(+96%)
- Over 35,000 PCR & Rapid Tests soldduring the campaign period
The results exceeded all expectations — both in marketing performance and in social impact.
Beyond Numbers: A Campaign with Purpose
“Test your Negativity” wasn’t just about performance.
It was a public-interest campaign that made vital health information accessible, while also reducing fear and stigma around COVID-19 testing.
The campaign’s tone — reassuring yet positive — helped strengthen public trust and encouraged thousands to get tested.
Its UX-driven website experience enhanced user safety, confidence, and convenience, turning a challenging health situation into an example of how creativity and empathy can coexist in healthcare communication.
